Given by Todd Bentley at Shekinah Christian Ministries in Portland, Oregon on October 19, 2000 · This not just going to be a healing revival, there is not just going to be a release of healings and miracles, there isn’t just going to be a release of the healing revival within the city of Portland; but I see that there’s going to be a release of the supernatural, there’s going to be a release of visitations of angels, there’s going to be a release of signs and wonders that are going to happen in the heavens and in the earth of the city. · Its not just going to be laying hands on the sick seeing the sick healed, it’s not just going to be a healing revival ... I’m just thinking right now of John G. Lake on the top of Mt. Tabor and that even as the angel of the Lord came down and visited him .... what God gave to him through the angel of the Lord about what was going to happen in Portland ... it shall be, but I’m telling you there are going to be visitations just like John G. Lake had on top of Mt Tabor that’s what I mean when I say there is going to be an outpouring of the supernatural and not just a healing revival, I’m talking visions and revelations of the Lord. I’m talking angelic experiences, there’s going to be an increased awareness of spiritual activity. · I see it right over the city, and as I was sitting in the chair tonight, I was just up over the city of Portland and I saw a cloud, I saw a storm cloud come in and it stopped. It became stationary over the city it wasn’t moving, it wasn’t a storm front moving, it became a singular storm cloud like Elijah saw come up out of the water the size of a mans fist. It was a cloud like that, a singular cloud, it set up over the city of Portland and it was like, it was an electric cloud - there was an electric current flowing out of the cloud and the lightings and the thunderings of God were released into the atmosphere of the whole city of Portland. · Something that God spoke to me yesterday as I was preparing, waiting on the Lord for what I was to deliver and what I preached last night ... and what God showed me was this, He reminded me of Maria Woodworth-Etter and how the Spirit of God would come in unusual ways and people would be struck down, they would go into trances and they would go into visions of God. That’s something that God is about to release in the church, that’s something that God is about to release in this place, that’s something about what God is going to release right in this city - stuff like the visitation of God with Maria Woodworth-Etter. · As we were driving to the service tonight, I was in the car with Les and Clif and all of a sudden just in the car we were fellowshipping and I went into a vision and in this vision I was standing on the edge of a cave in the side of a mountain. In the back of the cave, at the end of the cave along side of the back wall, it was like a storehouse, the storehouse of heaven, and there were treasures and they were the treasures of the kingdom of heaven and there were pearls and rubies and diamonds and I just saw, once again I just saw the treasure of the Lord inside of this cave and I was standing at the edge of this cave looking out over the face of the mountain, all of a sudden the Holy Spirit reminded me about Elijah and the victory of Elijah on top of Mt Carmel and then because of the fear and because of the discouragement that set in because of what Jezebel had released, the onslaught of jezebel against Elijah. Elijah became afraid and Elijah became discouraged, he wanted to lay down his mantle and give up on ministry and he withdrew into the cave and it was in the cave that the word of the Lord came unto Elijah and the word of the Lord was that he was to anoint Elisha as prophet within his place and I believe that the significance of that vision is this, people are about to stumble upon treasure, there is about to be release of the spirit of wisdom and knowledge and revelation in Jesus. · People are about to stumble on to the hidden truths of the kingdom of heaven, they’re about to stumble onto things that eyes have desired to see but they haven’t seen, things that ears have desired to hear but they haven’t heard; people are about to stumble onto the hidden truths and mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. Even as it was in the cave, the word of the Lord was, that there was a fresh oil and that there was a fresh commission that was being released for Elisha and I believe that this is the day that those that have been in fear and those that have been in discouragement and those that have once walked in the treasures and revelation knowledge of the kingdom of heaven, those that have once walked in the supernatural and in the power of God, those who once walked in ministry, there are even ones in this room and your discouraged, fear, fear is set within your heart because of the onslaught of the spirit of Jezebel and the control that has come against you and come against your ministry. · The spirit of Jezebel has operated within the city of Portland, but that spirit, the spirit of Jezebel right over the city is being rendered powerless in the name of Jesus and there is going to be a fresh commission, new ministries are going to spring up ... that’s what I’m seeing, I seeing a new breed, new ministries fresh oil, fresh commissions - Elisha’s Elishas Elishas, being raised up all over the city and its going to be more than a healing revival, its going to be more than the sick being healed, its going to be angels showing up just like with John G Lake on Mt Tabor, its going to be the supernatural, its going to be the visions and revelations of the Lord, its going to be angels, its going to be the hearing of the sounds of heaven, its going to be the manifestations of signs and wonders within the earth; but something is happening in the atmosphere of the whole city and I believe that what’s happening is God is releasing a fresh oil of commission; there is a new breed of Elisha’s that God is going to raise up all over Portland. Words for Pacific Northwest Region Given by Todd Bentley, Charlie Robinson & Rick Joyner at Living In the Spirit Prophetic Conference on April 28, 2005 · Besides the promised blessings to be released, Todd prophesied an imminent shaking in the North West (the region including Canada and the U.S.), as well as globally, in both the spirit and the natural. Referring to a prophetic word he delivered in July, 2004 about a tsunami wave hitting S.E. Asia, Todd said that the church was now entering a season in which judgment would continue to hit the earth. "There is judgment right now and I will tell you what it's about. And it's showing up with whole nations shaking and trembling–earth quakes. It's God judging Islam. It's God stepping into the war on terror and God opposing that Islamic spirit. That's only one part of it. When the judgment of God shows up it's an answer to prayer. Sometimes judgment is an answer to our prayers for righteousness in the land and sometimes it shows up with natural disaster. Todd again referred to other accurate prophecies he recently gave about an earthquake in Japan and floods in Birmingham, Alabama. He then spoke of a great shaking (along with revival) to come to the Pacific North West of America and Canada. We have entered a season of both great blessing and great judgment and a key Scripture for this season is Isaiah 64:1,2. · Charlie Robinson, a recognized seer prophet from Abbotsford, began by describing the message about the glory that God birthed in his heart years ago. The Lord had promised that he would see the goodness (glory) of the Lord in the land of the living (Ps. 27:13). He also described prophetic words God had given him many years before about revival in Canada and in Abbotsford, before describing manifestations of that revival in the city and through Fresh Fire. Charlie spoke about the power that is released when God puts a roar like a lion in our spirits and we release it. Years before the Lord called him to roar over each province in Canada in order to disarm the religious spirits in the nation. He said that recently, when he was in Indonesia, God prompted him to roar like a lion—six days later there was an earthquake and the tsunami hit. Charlie noted that this event was actually just a natural manifestation of God's judgment of a spiritual principality—it wasn't a judgment on people. At the end of Charlie's message Todd came forward. He added that several prophets received revelation that there will be a major catastrophe in the North West. "Pray, pray, pray; it's coming, and coming in a way we don't expect," he said. He called for people to pray for the preservation of righteous lives—we'll see revival come because God is judging His adversaries to bring blessing to His people. · Rick Joyner, renown speaker, prophet, teacher and writer, focused on some of the keys for seeing revival and walking in the blessing of an open heaven. He said hunger to know God is one of the biggest keys—we must keep seeking and setting our minds on things above and not on things of the earth (Col. 3:2). He said we need to have our minds renewed by the Spirit of God because then we're not just walking according to our carnal minds, or natural light. Rick also challenged attendees to walk in integrity with their finances: "We should be financially independent." If we are faithful with someone else's riches, or unrighteous mammon, then we can be entrusted with the true riches (Luke 16:11). Walking in humility means paying your bills; otherwise you open the door to the spirit of poverty, said Rick. He advised believers to tithe, saying that it is the best investment we can make—we can test the Lord in this matter, according to Malachi 3:10. Also, Rick said that he has been so extremely blessed by God that he must have God's supernatural grace to administer the blessings. God wants to bring His simplicity into living a blessed kingdom life. "Love your neighbors as yourself" and "seek first the kingdom of God," Rick emphasized. When we do these things then we'll become dread champions—but we must do the basics first. Given by Todd Bentley & Charlie Robinson in The Set Time - May 9, 2005 · SHAKING IN THE NORTHWEST - I believe it's on God's heart right now to warn us that we need to prepare ourselves for the upheavals that are ahead. We're asking: "What's next? Is there a shifting in the spirit not just in the Northwest but also globally?" Yes, we see this shaking happening globally and it's about to happen here. The Lord spoke to me recently saying: "Yes, in the Northwest there will be a shaking. A shaking unlike any other shaking we have seen in the Northwest." Before we discuss what this shaking means I want to share one encounter I recently had. I was praying at home in my living room and suddenly there was a flash of light. Instantly I received a divine sense, a divine revelation, and I knew that I was having a visitation with the angel called "Promise." Only a few times in seven years have I ever seen this angel. When this angel comes, its assignment is to announce the fulfillment of a word that we have received from the Lord. Often the word has come with confirmations repeatedly over the years. There actually are angels in heaven that oversee answered prayer. They oversee what God has promised so that it is released in our lives, cities and nations. I believe that this angel's visitation is connected to the set time that we are in now concerning two significant themes: God's desire to execute vengeance on His adversaries and God's desire to fulfill His promises in our lives · JUDGMENT RELEASES BLESSINGS. GOD IS JUDGING HIS ENEMIES - There are two elements involved when God executes vengeance on His adversaries—judgment and blessing. So let's turn to Isaiah 64:1-3: "Oh, that You would rend the heavens! That You would come down! That the mountains might shake at Your presence as fire burns brushwood, as fire causes water to boil to make Your name known to Your adversaries, that the nations may tremble at Your presence! When You did awesome things for which we did not look, You came down, the mountains shook at Your presence." When God makes His name know to His adversaries, whole nations are going to tremble and shake in His presence! Why? Because God is rending heaven and He is coming down in a holy visitation, bringing judgment against His adversaries. It's not judgment on people or judgment on the church. God is releasing judgment right now and it's showing up with whole nations shaking and trembling—earthquakes. It's God judging Islam. It's God stepping into the war on terror and He is opposing that Islamic spirit. However, that's only one part of it. Christians are crying out against homosexuality, same-sex marriages and the drug culture. They are crying out for the Joel's Army to come forth, the emerging generation of young people who don't have a sense of their identity. They are crying out for what's next. They are crying out for a move of God and God is about to answer, not just here but the whole Pacific Rim is tied into this! Now listen. When the judgment of God comes, He is responding to the prayers of the saints who are crying out for righteousness and justice. When we pray for righteousness to prevail in the earth, there comes a set time when God judges unrighteousness, and it's for a purpose: "For when Your judgments are in the earth, The inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness" (Isaiah 26:9b). When God releases judgment there will be those in the earth who will turn to Him. So judgment is blessing but sometimes it shows up with natural disasters. And the Lord will be looking for a way to release mercy to people in the midst of judgment because His judgments are against demonic principalities so that revival can come. · REVIVAL IS COMING! GOD REVEALS HIS SECRET COUNSEL TO HIS SERVANTS THE PROPHETS - The Holy Spirit uses certain prophets in a specific way. How I am used is that when I prophesy certain things, something usually happens immediately or almost right away. I can look back and see when I have said at different times that earthquakes will happen (in a certain area) and within a few days an earthquake did hit that area. Not long ago I was just in Birmingham, Alabama and the first night of the conference I was caught up into the spirit and saw three major highways coming into Birmingham. I saw revival coming into the city from the north. I gave a specific prophetic word over the region. The Lord told me to tell the people that they will know my words are true when tornados and floods hit Birmingham. When we left, floods and tornados came into Birmingham. In July, 2004 I was in a meeting in Vacaville, California when I had an open vision. I saw a massive arch angel, (the rank of an arch angel assigned over a continent), with one foot on Indonesia and one foot on Malaysia. Next I saw a tsunami wave rise up out of the sea and in the crest of the tsunami wave I read the word REVIVAL. Then I saw the tsunami wave hit Indonesia, Malaysia and S.E. Asia. So I prophesied what I saw as a word of knowledge as well as asking if there was anyone from Malaysia and Indonesia in my meeting. Four pastors from Malaysia stood up and one man stood up from Indonesia. These five people took the prophecy back to Indonesia and Malaysia and they printed it out. All the churches and the pastors were reading the word. So when Charlie Robinson (FFM's seer-prophet) went over to Indonesia and Malaysia in December they were sharing with Charlie how they believed every part of the prophecy I gave about revival coming to Indonesia, Malaysia and S.E. Asia. They said, "It's all true Charlie, except for one part. Natural disasters don't happen here." They told Charlie that they didn't believe the tsunami part of the prophecy for Indonesia. So Charlie said, "God will judge the seas" because he received a revelation from God about the seven thunders and how God will judge the seven seas (Rev. 10). Charlie had already shared with one of the leaders in Jakarta, Indonesia that God was about to strike the waters of S.E. Asia off the coast of Indonesia because He was about to judge a principality. Charlie prophesied by faith telling him that when God comes down and when it hits, it's going to be a mess. Then in one of Charlie's meetings in Indonesia he felt led to have everyone roar. The church roared for a half hour! The Lord told him there would be an earthquake after he left. When he left Indonesia six days later, on December 26, the earthquake/tsunami happened. God was judging the seas! They called Charlie and said, "It's true. Every word of the prophecy is true!" When the tsunami happened, the entire world said, "Destruction! Oh God, why? Why would God allow this to happen? This is judgment. 300,000 lost their lives." But Listen! The crest of the wave said REVIVAL! Who would have thought revival would come with a tsunami and an earthquake? Now, one church has grown to 5,000 people and in the same congregations where we met before the tsunami, different manifestations are happening—gold dust, diamonds and feathers are appearing. When Charlie went back in February he said, "It (another earthquake) is going to happen again." When he left the region he was only in the air for one hour and the second earthquake hit (an intense aftershock). Also not long ago I was just in Long Island, New York and prophesied publicly, "The third earthquake will hit the Pacific." Two mornings later the island of Sumatra was hit with a 6.2 earthquake (aftershock). Recently in Toronto, Ontario I was with two dozen people when I prophesied, "Mark my words. Japan will be hit with an earthquake. It's the fourth one coming to the Pacific." The earthquake hit Japan a few days later. It was a 5.6. What does all this mean? We need to understand that God's judgments are released as answers to prayer to ultimately bring blessing and to fulfill His promises. And now we are bringing another prophetic word and this time it's for the Northwest. There will be a shaking. There will be a trembling. But I am going to tell you, the shaking will not only release God's promises and God's destiny, it's going to release revival. Let's remember in the shaking, let's remember in the earthquake in Japan and in the disaster in Indonesia, let's remember that God is saying: "REVIVAL!" And so as we prepare in the Northwest for a great shaking, let's remember when it takes place it's a sign that something is about to be released. I don't know how quickly we will see a shaking and a shifting in the Northwest and I don't even know exactly what the shaking is going to look like. It may be an earthquake, it probably will be. But there is even more of a shaking than that coming in the Northwest. I sense that it will be unlike anything ever recorded that's been recorded in over 1,000 years. They don't even have documents that far back. So guess what? We don't have records! However, God wants us to have an idea about what He's doing. God is making His name known against His adversaries. That's why this year in 2005 you're going to hear of incredible shakings and tremblings around the world unlike those recorded in any other year. We will see earthquakes of magnitudes that have never been recorded before. And it's not just Indonesia, Malaysia and Japan. Those are just the first. It's going to be happening all year long. The earthquakes are signs of this next revival! And God isn't leaving us in the dark. He's telling the watchmen and the prophets so that the warning is sounded. And so we must pay attention to what the Lord is telling us to do and then do it. Some of what He will command us to do may be uncomfortable to us, but we must obey Him. Our lives and the lives of others may well depend on our obedience.
