Serving Our Neighbors

International Harvesters has three main strategic components:

Harvester Field Units - Prayer

First of all, International Harvesters gather once a week (in the workplace) in small groups of believers called “Harvester Field Units.” Each Harvester Field Unit is served by a “Harvest Facilitator.”  The Harvest Facilitator is responsible to facilitate the Harvester Field Unit by:

A.  Contacting other Harvesters [men and/or women, who have a heart and calling upon their lives to reach others for God in their companies, office complexes, business centers or local neighborhoods] to schedule a weekly gathering.

B.   Reserving a gathering place in the workplace at a central location [in a company conference room, office cafeteria, local cafe, neighborhood restaurant or in park or public gathering place, (preferably not in homes)].

C.  Facilitating the Harvester Field Unit by:

      1.  Opening the gathering in prayer, with a blessing over their snacks, breakfast, lunch or dinners.  The Harvest Commander may ask another Harvester to bless their food (in applicable) and meeting.

      2.  Sharing the vision of International Harvesters from its website, as needed and as appropriate.

      3.  Allowing each Harvester to share a recent testimony of what God is doing in his or her life, whether it is a series of miracles and/or trials.  (This is an informal time of allowing Harvesters to get to know each other, to fellowship and to learn about what is going on their personal, family and work lives.)

      4.  Optional:  Allowing a Harvester to read a portion of scripture or a section from a recommended study book, (i.e. "Ephesians" by Paul, "Anointed for Business" by Ed Silvoso, "God @ Work" by Rich Marshall) in accordance to and if the Harvester Field Unit has agreed to spend time studying scripture or a specific book.

      5.  Moving the gathering into a time of praise for the miracles expressed and prayer for: 1.) individual needs expressed, 2.) the company, business center and/or local community where the Harvester Field Unit meets, 3.) their specific region, nation or people group, and/or 4.) the Nation of Israel and the Land of Israel.

D.  Confirming the next week’s gathering time and place and encouraging the Harvesters to invite others who are hungry for God [primarily believers and sometimes non-believers, if they are open to experiencing God through fellowship and prayer].

E.   Optional: Write a report and email it to their local Harvester Radio network station for review and airing.

The Harvest Facilitator is also responsible to ask the Lord of the Harvest to reveal the Harvester who should serve the next Harvester Field Unit.  Each Harvester Field Unit should not be more than 12 Harvesters.  When the 13th Harvester joins the Unit, the next Harvest Facilitator In Training is released to facilitate the next Unit [with a minimum of 3 Harvesters and a maximum of 7] at a different gathering place and a different gathering time, if necessary.  A primary goal of International Harvesters is to multiply Units into hundreds and thousands of Units throughout a community, touching every aspect of that community with prayer.  The new Unit continues the next week according to the pattern.  The new Harvest Facilitator conducts the gathering as trained by the preceding Harvest Commander.  Harvest Facilitators are the only Harvesters that receive communications and materials from their Fellowship Chapter [to be given out to their Harvesters], thus all Harvest Facilitators are in direct contact with their Fellowship Chapter to keep them informed about the next Harvest Rally, upcoming Harvesting Projects and other Harvester news.

Harvest Rallies - Worship

Secondly, International Harvesters meet once a quarter (in their local community) for corporate city-wide meetings called “Harvest Rallies.” Harvest Rallies are composed of all of the Fellowship Chapter's Harvester Field Units [Harvesters bringing their families and friends].  Each Harvest Rally is served by a group of Harvest Rally Coordinators.  This group of Harvest Rally Coordinators are chosen by Harvesters to facilitate the Harvest Rallies.  These Harvest Rally Coordinators are responsible to facilitate the Harvest Rallies by:

A.  Scheduling the Harvest Rally in the marketplace at a local meeting hall, hotel ballroom, arena, stadium, (preferably not in churches or homes) etc.

B.  Coordinating the needed musicians, Harvester testimonies (and guest speakers) as directed by the Holy Spirit [i.e. Fivefold ministry servants: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Teachers, Pastors].

C.  Optional: Working with their local Harvester Radio network station to develop marketing strategies and materials for the Harvest Rally and then coordinating the production and distribution of these marketing materials and the airing of the event on their local Harvester Radio network station.

D.  Underwriting the up-front costs of the meeting place, musicians (and speakers arrangements) and the production and distribution of marketing materials.

E.   Facilitating the Harvest Rally by:

      1.  Opening the rally with upbeat Spirit-Filled Praise & Worship Music.

      2.  Greeting the Harvesters, their families and friends, and others [whom the Holy Spirit brought] by welcoming them and sharing the vision of International Harvesters.

      3.  Optional: Making any necessary announcements [regarding how to become a Harvest Facilitator of a new Harvester Field Unit, the next Harvest Rally, upcoming and on-going Harvesting Projects and other citywide, national and international events].

      4.  Optional: Receiving an offering for current and future Harvesting Projects [and for the expenses of the present meeting and future meetings and for offices, outreaches and/or publications].

      5.  Moving the meeting into a more Intimate Praise and Worship, allowing the Holy Spirit to manifest God's presence and to minister to His people.

      6.  Allowing the Holy Spirit to direct the meeting through the testimonies of Harvesters (and any special guest speakers).

      7.  Allowing the Holy Spirit to minister to the needs of the Harvesters, their families and friends, and those whom the Holy Spirit brought to the meeting for [i.e., salvation, healings, deliverance, the release of the Holy Spirit, etc.].

      8.  Allowing the Holy Spirit to direct the meeting with the appointment of Harvesters for specific Harvesting Projects.

      9.  Praying for the Harvesters in regards to their personal needs and/or their new assignments.  At this point in the rally, Harvesters and their invited family and friends are asked to respond to the moving of the Holy Spirit, wherein they are directed to go to one of three areas of the facility to receive one on one prayer with other Harvesters for Salvation, Healing & Deliverance and/or the Release and Commission into a Harvesting Project.

      10.  Following up with those who were saved, healed, delivered and/or released in the Holy Spirit to divinely appointed Harvesting Projects.  At this point in the rally, the Harvesters that are ministering to those that responded, secure their contact information, what transpired at the rally and if appropriate introduces some of them to testify to what God is doing in their lives.

      11.  Closing the rally with corporate prayer and praise.

F.   Repeating the same process for the next Harvest Rally.

The Harvest Rallies are the only meetings within a local city that require any group coordination, financial budgeting and marketing.  Each Harvest Rally should have ample material regarding International Harvesters and follow-up materials to give to those who are ministered to by the Holy Spirit.  Completed Response Cards are given to their Fellowship Chapter to be distributed to local bible-believing life-giving churches and copies to Harvest Facilitators who serve a Harvester Field Unit that gathers where the new Harvester works and lives.  If someone desires to be a Harvest Facilitator, he or she is referred to a another Harvest Facilitator for training within a Harvester Field Unit that is located where he or she works and lives.

Harvesting Projects - Ministry

Thirdly, International Harvesters participate in ministry projects (locally, regionally, nationally & throughout the world) called “Harvesting Projects.”  Each Harvesting Project is served by a Harvesting Project Team Leader, that was selected and anointed by the Holy Spirit and then released and commissioned by the Harvesters at a Harvest Rally.  These Harvesting Project Team Leaders are joined by other Harvesters [who have a similar calling and vision that was publicly articulated by the Holy Spirit].  The Harvesting Project Team Leader is responsible to facilitate the Harvesting Project by:

1.   Fasting and praying with the other Harvesters for the Holy Spirit to reveal detailed strategies and timings for the Harvesting Project.

2.   Allowing the Holy Spirit to supply the needed contacts, materials and funds necessary to accomplish the Harvesting Project.

3.   Leading the Harvesting Project Team under the direction of the Holy Spirit and in His perfect timing.

4.   Optional: Complete Ongoing Reports and send them to their Fellowship Chapter and their local Harvester Radio network station for review and airing, followed by a Final Briefing Interview conducted on their local Harvester Radio network station.

The Harvesting Projects may be listed on this website, in materials given to those who come to the Harvest Rallies and on their local Harvester Radio network station.  Harvesting Projects are one-time or on-going ministry projects and are anything the Holy Spirit desires to accomplish through International Harvesters [i.e. praying for the sick in hospitals, caring for the homeless with homes, food and work; assisting struggling businesses, taking evangelistic airlifts and prayer journeys to other cities and nations, setting up special youth events, conducting Prayer Walks and/or specific Acts of Obedience, etc.].
