What is a Promise?
A promise is an Truth Agreement between living beings. This Truth Agreement involves conditions for actions and the consequences of actions that are taken by living beings. A promise is also astatement of action that will be taken by a living being, if the other living being takes a certain action. A statement of action made by a living being is as true as the living being has been proven to be true to past statements of action. Thus the truth of a promise (statement of action) depends upon the proven truth (past actions) of the one who made the promise. A true statement of action made by a truthful living being is a true promise. Since God is a truthful living being that has made true promises to human beings, a promise from God, is a Truth that He will fulfill for a human being, that is in a relationship with Him.
