You can have physical and mental health!

God wants you to be completely healthy in mind, soul and body.  God created the human being and designed you to live forever.  After the Fall of Man from an established relationship with God and through the misuse of the Gifts of Life (Authority, Intimacy and Resources), violence, despair and disease became a part of our existence on the earth.  Without God revealing to us on a daily basis how we were designed to utilize the Gifts of Life, we could only learn through our own understanding of Good and Evil, trail and error, wherein we have to guess at what is right and wrong in every situation, without fully knowing the long-term effects upon our mind, soul and body.  Men and women have spent their entire lives studying and trying to understand just one aspect of the human being in order to perhaps share that knowledge with mankind to better the health and welfare of those that are privileged to receive such information.  While on the other hand, those that personally know their Creator can experience perfect health in every aspect of life, because He not only leads them by His Spirit to be and do what is right, but He also gives them life and the ability to stand against the violence, despair and diseases of our world.  He even can heal them of past mistakes and errors or just the results of living in a fallen corrupt world.

1. The first step is to acknowledge that God is your Creator and if He made you, then He can fix whatever is broken and in need of repair. 

2. The second step is to pray and ask God to heal your body, mind and soul and to direct you on a daily, moment by moment basis, to live in the fullness that He created you to be and have. 

3. The third step is to share with others, what God has done and is doing in restoring your complete health, so that they may also have the faith to experience everything that God has for them.
